Hawthorn Garden
This is a heritage inspired garden that retained some old Camellias which were chopped back hard to reinvigorate them. The garden was planted with many trees to create the feel of being near a woodland and to help screen neighbouring buildings. The planted driveway was inspired by post war Australian gardens that often had a turf strip up the centre of concrete driveways. Lots of detail was added to the paving to help pull all the colours together of the heritage brick home with the modern back extension and renovation. Garden completed Jan 2014
